What to Post on YouTube for Real Estate Agents to Generate Leads

Are you generating leads on YouTube? Did you know that you can generate incredible real estate leads using YouTube without spending money on ads? In this video I share three ideas for content real estate agents and brokers should be putting on YouTube to attract business! 

Idea #1: Community  

Why do you love your town?  If someone was moving here what do they need to know? When you are thinking about video for your YouTube channel – the more local and niche – the better! Ideas can include:  

  • Why move to (your town) 
  • Why move to (your town) 
  • You can also include content here that highlights local businesses like local restaurants, salons, boutiques and more! 

Idea #2: Educational content 

Answer questions you get asked all of the time! Who have you worked with in the last 6-12 months? Make a list of topics that came up in those conversations and you will have a ton of content ideas such as: 

  • Who pays for what? 
  • How do I find a lender? 
  • Is it a good time to put my house on the market? 
  • Should I pay for a stager? 

This really cements you as an expert in your market area in YouTube which is the second largest search engine in the world. It’s less about you, more about your audience. The leads that come from these type of videos are some of the best leads! 

Idea #3: Listings  

Who shares listing videos? You and your clients! These are the videos your clients are going to share on Facebook with all of their friends and family. Use a professional or use a great app like Videolicious, Videoshop or InShot.
