Are you a Realtor wondering what is really the best type of content you should be posting on Instagram in 2021? Here are the four types of content I think you should create to attract more business, generate more followers and increase your engagement!
- Educational content. It’s vital that as part of your content mix you create educational content. This may be content you repurpose from your pillar content you have created for 2021. This type of content may be related to real estate, buying, selling, moving, remodeling, etc. The idea here is to be highly helpful and create content worth saving.
- Inspirational or funny content. This type of content may include things like quotes, personal story or life lesson, something funny or poignant. The purpose of this post it to post something relatable that will help to generate a lot of engagement.
- Community content. Realtors have the unique opportunity to become their “digital mayor” and really shine the light on local businesses. Imagine every week you posted a “featured Friday” post where you highlighted your local coffee shop, pizza place, favorite boutiques and more. Make sure to tag them in your post!
- Promotional content. Once you’ve thought about the other types of content now is the time to market yourself! Market your listings, your testimonials and share pics of your clients with the sold sign!
By balancing your content you will have a more well-rounded page, you will attract more ideal clients and prospects and you will grow your page exponentially!
