What Should Real Estate Agents Post to LinkedIn in 2022?

Wondering what is the best type of content to post to LinkedIn if you are a real estate agent or broker? In this video, I share five big content tips and more to uplevel your LinkedIn strategy for real estate!

Idea #1: Market data. One of the most important things you can share on LinkedIn is what’s happening in the market. The key here is to share the data but add your two cents – what does the data mean? 

Idea #2: Buyer or seller tips. Think about the questions your average buyer or seller asks you. Those questions you get asked all of the time – that’s a great piece of content!

Idea #3: Community content. We know that real estate is a local industry. Think about your niche audience and where they’re at and talk about what’s specific about your town, city or neighborhood. 

Idea #4: Expertise about your niche. What’s your expertise? What is your background? Who do you love to work with? Expand upon your strengths and also highlight others. 

Idea #5: Video, video, video! LinkedIn, just like any other social media platform, prioritizes video. I recommend uploading videos directly to LinkedIn and try to post one video a week!
