You can use other people’s audio to create fun content, you can showcase listings (without even being on camera) and you can share quick helpful tips. This type of content helps to expand your reach on Instagram and is going to be so important to post throughout 2022.
Tip #2: Stories
Stories are here today and gone in 24 hours – so this is an opportunity to really connect with people. What is going to get people to come back to your story each day? Share more than just the facts – share an insight, a story, or a tip!
Tip #3: Community content
Real estate agents know more about their community than just about anyone else! Highlight local businesses and local organizations on Instagram. Search them out and make sure to tag them in your posts. It’s all about them and less about you!
Tip 4: Informative content
What are people saving on Instagram? Informative or educational content. Share helpful tips and answer common questions. You can repurpose your content here too!
Tip #5: Promotional
Share your listings, open houses, success stories, and more. This content is more impactful when it’s part of your overall plan.
