Membership Cancellations & Refunds

Refund Policy
A full refund can be provided if you cancel within 24 hours from signing up in the #GetSocialSmart Academy. There is no refund or partial credit available if you cancel beyond 24 hours from the time you sign up into the #GetSocialSmart Academy. For annual memberships a full refund can be requested within 7 calendar days of of your annual renewal date. For monthly memberships a full refund can be requested within 48 hour of your monthly renewal date.

Memberships Cancellation Policy
Outstanding balances must be paid in full before cancelling a monthly or annual membership. To cancel your membership log into your account at www.katielance.com/academy and click Cancel Membership. Once a membership is cancelled you will have access to the academy though your billing cycle date.

Non-Usage Policy
There are no refunds or credits available if you do not login the #GetSocialSmart Academy for non-usage.

Auto Renewal
Memberships are set up for auto renewal from the start date of your membership. Monthly memberships will automatically charge each month on your sign up date. Annual memberships will automatically charge each year on your sign up date.

Cancellation Policy
Katie Lance Consulting reserves the right to cancel a membership at any time. Members enrolled in the #GetSocialSmart Academy will receive an email confirmation once your membership is cancelled.
