Tip 1: Relationships are king
Real estate is a relationship business and although social media is online – it’s important to be intentional and take time each day to engage with your audience. Don’t be a drive-by liker but take a few minutes a day to engage and take the online offline!
Tip 2: Content is queen
The best type of content you can post that will attract business is content you’ve created – in your voice with your opinion! Get into a routine of creating content such as video, podcast or blog content monthly or weekly and then use social media to distribute that content.
Tip 3: Be intentional – create a schedule
Time-blocking is key – set aside time daily and weekly to get yourself on a routine with engaging and creating content.
