In 2023, it’s more important than ever for real estate professionals to have a strong online presence. Social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok are great ways to connect with potential clients and showcase your listings. But building a successful online presence is about more than just posting pretty pictures of houses. It’s about creating meaningful relationships and building trust with your audience.

  1. Relationships are king.  Whether it’s with potential clients, other industry professionals, or even just your online followers, building strong relationships is key to success in the real estate industry. 
  2. Content is queen. By creating valuable, informative content that addresses the needs and interests of your target audience, you can establish yourself as an industry expert and build trust with potential clients.
  3. Be intentional and have a plan. To be truly effective, you need to have a plan in place for how you will promote and distribute your content. 

At the end of the day, having a strong online presence is crucial for real estate professionals in 2023. By creating valuable content, promoting it effectively, and building relationships, you can set yourself apart from the competition and establish yourself as an industry expert.
