Do you batch create your content? One of the easiest ways to get more efficient with content creation is to spend time batching your content. If you aren’t familiar with how to batch or what it is, I cover this in my latest video!
Here are three simple tips for batching content for real estate agents:
Tip #1: Schedule time once a month
If it’s not on your calendar it’s probably not going to happen. Pick a day once a month where you can set aside 2-4 hours where you are able to batch create a number of videos all in one sitting.
Tip #2: Plan ahead
Think ahead by planning out 3, 6 or even 12 months worth of content. Look at your life as content. Think about all the questions and topics that come up as you work with clients. Make a list of as many topics as you can think about related to your market, buying and selling real estate, questions you may get asked about relocating or investing, staging, moving and so much more.
Once you have your content calendar laid out, it’s much easier to batch record your content because you already have your topics selected ahead of time. Ideally if you want to record evergreen or timeless content this way you can repost your videos at a later date and repurpose them.
Tip #3: Have a repeatable routine
When it comes to your setup have a place in your home or office that you can easily record. This way you aren’t reinventing the wheel each time you want to record. Also, have a repeatable routine when it comes to the format of your videos. This makes it easier to create a lot of content all in one sitting.
