Facebook for Real Estate Agents 2022

Ready to maximize Facebook in 2022 and you’re in real estate? In this video, I share my five biggest tips for making the most out of Facebook if you are a real estate agent or broker. This video is all about Facebook for Real Estate Agents in 2022.

Tip #1 ?: Have a personal and a business page
Your personal profile is ideal to connect and keep in touch with past clients and your business page is to post your listings and anything business-related. Note, you may not get the highest level of reach on a Facebook business page, but Facebook business pages are still important to show professional credibility. You don’t need to post every day, but be consistent.

Tip #2: It’s all about video
One of the best ways to turn likes into leads using Facebook is to make sure you are creating and uploading original video content on a consistent basis. You can go live through Facebook live, utilize short-form video like Facebook Reels and even post longer form videos to your Facebook business page. See an example here.

Tip #3: Post to Facebook Stories
Facebook Stories are a great way to showcase your behind-the-scenes content. Similar to Instagram Stories, Facebook Stories are a great way to connect with your audience. Show them what happens behind the scenes of your real estate business.

Tip #4: Maximize Facebook Groups
Facebook groups are a great way to build community. This can be most effective when agents can create a Facebook group for their past clients or for their community.

Tip #5: Manage FB with Facebook Business Suite
Facebook Business Suite is a great and easy way to schedule Facebook posts as well as look at your analytics. This is free and accessible on your computer or on your mobile device.
