Facebook Do’s and Don’ts for Real Estate Agents 2022

What are some of the biggest do’s and don’ts for real estate agents on Facebook in 2022? In this video, I share a few important tips to make the most out of Facebook, while also sharing common mistakes you should avoid!

Do’s:

Post consistently
You don’t need to post every single day, but consistency breeds trust. Post consistently to Facebook.

Engage with others
Make sure you take time each day to focus on connecting with at least five people. Don’t be a drive-by liker and engage meaningfully.

Utilize Facebook Live
Facebook live is still the best type of content on Facebook that generates the highest level of likes and engagement. You can use Facebook live on your personal profile, business page or group!

Don’ts:

Post and run
It’s important that you don’t just post and run. Make sure you always take time on Facebook to respond to comments and notifications and engage with other people.

Just post listings
Having a variety of content on Facebook is key. You can certainly post listings and open houses but make sure you’re also posting informative content, educational content about the real estate market and your community, fun content and more.

Automate your content
It’s important that you don’t set it and forget it and automate your content. You can certainly schedule some of your content using Facebook Creator sweet or Facebook business sweet but make sure you don’t just automate everything.
