We are excited – it is our 200th episode of The #GetSocialSmart Show! We want to take a moment to thank YOU our community for all of the support you have shown us over the years and take a few minutes to share how we have grown our community over the years.
Here are three simple but important things we have done to grow our community online:
- Be authentic – showing up is so important. Be personal! This doesn’t mean you are sharing everything. Showing up to your community day in and day out is huge!
- Provide value consistently. Social media is rented ground. We need to show up consistently in our clients and prospects feeds and we can do that by investing time into creating helpful, relevant content. This is the difference between attracting business versus chasing leads. Consistency builds trust.
- Highlighting others. When you highlight others so it’s less about you and more about them – it makes a huge difference. Who are some people in your community and in your world that you can highlight?
