Have you ever wondered how you can save time when it comes to social media? Today I’m going to share with you three of my favorite time-saving tips for social media!
Tip 1: Focus 5
It can be really overwhelming to open up social media and see your entire, noisy news feed. What I recommend is setting aside 5-10 minutes each and every day to jump on social media and focus on connecting with 5 people. Now, don’t just be a drive-by liker. Leave a meaningful comment for the five people you are connecting with each day.
Tip 2: Use Lists
One of the best ways to save time when it comes to social media is to get organized. I am a big fan of using lists, specifically for Facebook. You can create lists by going to Facebook.com/bookmarks/lists. At a minimum, I suggest creating a client list and a prospect list. These are private, and are a great way to get organized for your focus five.
Tip 3: Batch Your Content
When you think about content, don’t just do one and done. If you’re going to create a video or a podcast or any type of original content, create more than one.
