Save Money on Your Social Media for Real Estate

Ready for some GOOD news? The good news is that you don’t have to spend a lot of money to have BIG results using social media. Here are three of my favorite platforms and three ideas on the best way to leverage those platforms (that won’t cost you any money!)

LinkedIn Tip: Create Blog Content

Creating or repurposing blog content is a great way to stand out and show your leadership. Repurpose your own blog content or transcribe your video content to create unique blog content. Share that blog over on Facebook or with your email database! Check out an example of this here.

Facebook Tip: Use Facebook Live

Facebook Live is the BEST way to get the highest level of engagement, reach and business from Facebook. Go live at least a few times a month. Do virtual home tours, interview folks in your area, or go live talking about your local market! Here is an example of one of our recent Facebook Lives.

Instagram Tip: Utilize the Feed and Stories!

Maximize both key areas of Instagram. In your stories drive people to your posts in your feed by sharing your feed posts to your story. Have some posts in your feed that direct people to your story for more of a behind-the-scenes. Cross promote your IGTV to your Stories and share your IGTV previews in the feed. Think of IG as one big eco-system and make sure you are maximizing each area!
