Share from the heart. A lot of us are feeling a lot of stress and anxiety right now. Sharing how you are getting through this time is a great way to be real and vulnerable and honest, and I think people really appreciate that.
How you can help serve your clients remotely. As our world continues to change, buyers and sellers still need to buy and sell. How are you able to continue to do so through changing circumstances? If you made a video on this topic earlier this year, I would also encourage you to make an updated one as things continue to shift. Keep your audience updated!
Tips that your future sellers or buyers could do now. These type of videos are geared toward those in your sphere who will have to buy or sell in the next 30/60/90 days or 6 to 12 months. These videos are powerful because they are timely and informative. Can people google this information? Sure. But no one is going to say it in your voice. It’s a great way to showcase your personality and leadership in your local market.
Highlight local businesses. If you’ve been thinking of video content, but maybe you don’t have any listings or you’re still uncomfortable on camera or you don’t want to talk about yourself – one of the best things you can do is shine the light on someone else. Who are the 4 or 5 people or businesses you could shine a light on?
