Why should real estate agents be spending time on social media? When it comes to social media and real estate, I believe social media allows you to 1) strengthen and build relationships and 2) attract the clients you want to work with.
Today I’m sharing 3 steps that are key for any real estate professional when they think about their social media strategy.
Step 1: Create a content plan with evergreen content – show up consistently with content in your voice. Think about the last few clients you have worked with and the questions they have asked. This is a great starting place for developing your own, original content.
Step 2: Focus on platforms your clients are on and you enjoy being on. Not sure where your clients are online? Ask them!
Step 3: Sprinkle in listings. Think like a storyteller. Keeping people curious is key!
BONUS tip: Take the online offline. As much as I love social media, nothing replaces that handshake, hug or handwritten card!
