BATCH your content. This one tip has saved me hundreds – if not thousands of hours.
Why is batching important? It’s important for a few reason. First, once you get into the “flow” of anything – it is easier to keep doing that one thing. It’s easier to make 10 calls than one. It’s easier to write 5 handwritten notes versus one. It’s easier to create 4 videos at once instead of one here and there.
I recommend you block off time once a month (two hours) to batch create either video, blog, graphic or podcast content.
Once you have done that – the feeling of relief knowing that you just finished creating content for the month ahead is amazing!
The key here is to treat your batching day like any other appointment and also have a follow up system for how your content will be distributed and where.
