In this episode of The #GetSocialSmart Show I share some tried and true ways to bring the online – offline! This is something I’ve been sharing for quite some time but it is something that is near and dear to my heart. It’s something that has been at the core of our business, and it’s something that a lot of our clients religiously do, day in and day out, that makes a huge difference when it comes to social media.
What do I mean by taking the online offline? Well, we are connected to our clients, our colleagues, our friends, our consumers, everybody through Facebook and all the social networks, right? Birthdays are a great example of this. We see it’s someone’s birthday, and you can be one of the three hundred people that writes on their wall and says Happy Birthday, or you can be one of the two or three people that takes it a step further and takes the online offline, by calling them, or sending them a card in the mail, or a text or a voice message, or a video and doing something different than everybody else.
