Canva Tips for Real Estate Agents in 2022

Are you curious how to use Canva if you are in real estate? In this video, I share 3 big tips for getting started with Canva for real estate and maximizing Canva and Canva templates for real estate.

Tip #1: Be consistent.
Be consistent with your colors, branding, fonts and logo! If you have Canva Pro you can utilize the brand kit within Canva and upload your colors, fonts and logos quickly and easily. If you are unsure about your specific colors and fonts make sure to ask your broker! Consistency is key.

Tip 2: Use templates
The good news is there are literally thousands of templates available for you to use within Canva. The key is to pick one or two templates that you like and then rinse and repeat. Remember, you can customize any template within Canva by changing colors, fonts, images and more. This is especially helpful within real estate as you can quickly create “just listed”, “just sold”, “open house” graphics and so much more with just a click of a button. If you are part of our #GetSocialSmart Academy – we also have custom Canva templates available for you!

Tip 3: Work smarter, not just harder.
Be efficient when creating content within Canva. Search for templates like real estate, “just listed” or “just sold”, and reuse and repurpose the ones that you like over and over again. Don’t reinvent the wheel!

Bonus tip: Batch create your content.
You can search templates such as “testimonials” and easily create a number of testimonial graphics all in one batch that you can then post or schedule to social media over the next few weeks.
